References for practice, framework and conscious relationship with the body and intimacy

Guidance texts
For understanding, discernment and personal reference points
This section brings together articles intended to offer guidance and clarity, addressed to those who wish to better understand body-based practices, foundational concepts, and the approach that underlies our work. Here you will find explanations about different types of massage, the framework in which sessions take place, the boundaries that support safety and mutual respect, as well as notions related to presence, the body, energy, and intimacy—and the living relationship between them.
These texts are not meant to impose rules or to rush a decision. Their purpose is to cultivate clarity, trust, and proper orientation, so that each person who arrives here can sense, at their own pace, whether this direction of work resonates with them and in what way. No prior experience is required, and the articles may be read at any time, as part of a natural process of information and reflection. They are recommended before scheduling a session and are considered part of the preparation for a conscious, respectful, and authentic body-centered experience.

Intimacy is not created. It is allowed.
Not because “this is how it should be,” but because otherwise the body closes. And often, we do not even realize when it happens.
