Lingam massage

At the first meeting, a conversation (about 30’) and the “Tri-respiro” conscious breathing workshop (30’), integrated into the massage, are mandatory. The length of the massage is chosen according to your personal preference.

The Lingam Massage takes place in an intimate, warm and carefully prepared space, with soft lighting, discreet natural scents and music chosen to support deep relaxation and bodily presence. The setting is designed so that the body can relax naturally, without haste or pressure, entering a state of natural receptivity and inner continuity.

What the Lingam Massage is

The Lingam Massage is a conscious bodywork practice, with a focus on the male intimate area, integrated into a mature tantric path. It is not oriented towards performance or climax, but towards careful work with masculine energy, in a guided, present way that respects the body.

It is recommended for men who wish for a clearer and more settled relationship with their own erotic energy, with their vitality, inner control and a sense of stability in the body.

How the session unfolds

The massage takes place on a mattress (an oriental-style bed frame, at floor level), using good-quality oils, scented or unscented, chosen so that the body can relax completely. Touch is given mainly with the palms, through slow, fluid and conscious movements that naturally support relaxation and the guiding of energy.

When appropriate, gentle breathing and acupressure techniques may be integrated, to help erotic energy settle harmoniously throughout the whole body.

The intimate area

The intimate area is approached as an integral part of the body, with attention, presence and respect. When there is accumulated tension, the energy is gently guided towards the rest of the body. When the energy is lower or blocked, the work aims to activate and stabilize it, so that vitality and inner strength can be felt fully, not in fragments.
