Personalized path
An important note before you begin

At the first introductory session, we decide what we work on and set the dates of the meetings, and the path benefits from a discount when paid in full.

A guided path is not a quick consumer service, nor a “come and fix me” kind of solution. It is not built for immediate results, but for changes that settle over time. It is a gradual process of working with the body, the breath, the nervous system and erotic energy — a process that asks for availability, patience and respect for a clear setting, agreed from the start. That is why, before deciding whether this path is right for you, it is important to know a few essential reference points.
Conscious breathing is not optional
Within a guided path, conscious breathing is a fundamental component. It is not a “bonus”, not a secondary detail and not a stage that can be skipped.
Without integrated breathing:
- the body stays tense
- erotic energy stagnates or builds up pressure
- body, emotions and mind drift apart
- and work in the intimate area becomes unbalancing rather than therapeutic.
If breathing is rejected, minimized or treated as useless, the guided path cannot begin, regardless of previous experience or the wish to go straight to the intimate area.
Intimate massages are not offered “freely” within the path
Within a guided path:
- intimate massages are not worked separately from breathing
- they are not offered “on request” and are not negotiable
- they are available, and truly beneficial, only when the body is prepared and energetically supported.
This choice is neither moral nor restrictive. It is a professional decision meant to protect both your body and my work.
For some people — bodies with marked rigidity, a medical history, old tensions — working directly in the intimate area, without preparation and integrated breathing, brings no real benefit, even if in the short term there may be an immediate response to stimulation or quick bodily reactions. The same goes for a way of functioning based mainly on mental control – when erotic energy is held in check through tension and will rather than allowed to flow naturally, which can deepen the split between body, emotions and mind.
This path is for you if…
- you are willing to slow down
- you are curious to understand what is happening in your body
- you accept that transformation comes in time, not in a single session
- you can work with your breath, even if it is difficult or uncomfortable at first
- you are open to the process, not only to the result
This path is not right for you if…
- you are looking for an intense, quick or “wow” experience
- you want to skip breathing and regulation
- you want erotic stimulation only
- you expect a single session to solve old problems
- you are not willing to respect the proposed setting
A clear setting creates safety
This path exists to support deep regulation, not to force results.
A clear setting does not limit; it creates space:
- for real relaxation
- for the flow of energy
- for integrated experiences
- for changes that last.
If you feel this way of working resonates with you, an orientation session – individual or couple counseling – is the natural first step. If not, that is absolutely fine — there are other forms of exploration that may suit you better at this moment.
